Developer of WarPlan, WarPlan Pacific, and Kingdom Dungeon and Hero. Total Victory is 13 years in the making. The goal to make the definitive division level, playable World War 2 hex and counter wargame players have been wanting for decades.
Command divisions of land, air, and naval forces assembled in counters on a 32km scaled hex map. Play all of World War 2 from 1939 to 1945 as any of the 8 major powers. Replay history's greatest battle or create an alternate path.

A grand strategy World War II wargame engine. The main scenario is World Conflict 1939-1945. Players get to play any combination of the big 8 major powers during World War 2.
