About this game
Mangaka Dream is a Yume Nikki fangame created for Dream Diary Jam 5. Instead of vast looping worlds typically seen in fangames, the dream world mainly comprises of maze rooms, with the goal being to get to reach a room with a treasure chest containing a key item. Once obtained, the player must wake up and repeat the process to obtain all the items and unlock the ending. You play as an aspiring manga artist who is trying to finish a manga and get it published.
