In the year 20XX, otaku were surrounded by the flames of oppression by the SSC. Books were burned, discs were broken, and otaku were believed to be entirely exctint. But all was not over! There was an incredible moé expert who created masterpieces in Akiba and left his mark on history - and his name was Otaku! This one otaku descended on Akiba, against the backdrop of a multitude of moé memes, into the raging battle revolving around moé.

There are people who clear a way forward for destiny, and people who turn their backs on the heavens - for that is the fate of otaku. Behond, now, as this long, bloody history is brought to a close.
